Jessica left Philadelphia in May 2016 and drove the 1,200+ miles to New Orleans in search of new adventures! It was here that she discovered a deep appreciation for the fundamental principles of Pilates and began to visualize a new career path as an instructor. She completed the 500 hour Club Pilates Teacher Training, becoming certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, with specialties in TRX, barre, and Trigger Point. She feels blessed every day that she gets to help people from all backgrounds on their road to a healthier lifestyle. When she is not teaching, Jessica likes to stay active in her community. She volunteers weekly at a shelter for homeless women with children, where she plans to provide a free weekly mat class for the residents and staff members to de-stress and get healthy! You can find art by local NOLA artists on her walls and CDs by local musicians in her CD player (yes, she still uses CDs sometimes). Jessica's main goals right now...doing Pilates and living her best life!
