Dr. Max D. Smith III is a dedicated prosthodontics resident at the University of North Carolina with a strong background in both clinical practice and leadership. He earned his DMD from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from the University of Holy Cross. A leader during his academic career, he served as President of the Prosthodontic Pre-doctoral Club and founded the Business Club. Dr. Smith is passionate about community service, having volunteered for numerous dental care initiatives, including the Ferrin Clinic for veterans and the Mission of Mercy event.
